At first, the application seemed impressive until I noticed the huge CPU consumption 🤕. Don't take this the wrong way, but no, I'm sticking with Rectangle.app, which isn't a resource hog and doesn't have any issues with that at all 🥴.

The recent update has a rare issue with CPU usage. Please wait for the next update. 😊

Hi 👋 Thanks for pointing out my previous message. I was honest when I said that your app surprised me at first. I'd absolutely love to have it on my system (Mac mini M4 Pro), but the high power consumption during execution quickly made me reconsider for now. This morning, I tried it again, and it went up to 41.2 (!) 🙄 If you manage to fix that, I'd even be willing to pay more 😉 Don't give up, your app has already gained a lot of attention and you already have fans on this post 🥴

Hey @EvrenselKisilik First of all, thanks for your work. I introduced your app to my readers a while ago. Can you tell me how often the nag screen pointing to the Pro version appears if the app hasn't been purchased yet? I'll be completely honest: the frequent pop-ups likely make it hard for users to love the software. And even I find it difficult to write that it is open source and basically free if a nag screen appears every 10 actions or so.

Hello, I use it without license and it doesn’t annoy me but since it’s snap action based, if your use case is too heavy with frequent snaps, it may be frequent for you.

Love the demo! Auto adjusting window width that are already pinned to a side seems useful. I have been using https://rectangleapp.com/ for the longest time curious if you support shortcuts to snap the way it does?

I’ve also been using rectangle and the shortcuts are very useful. Will definitely check this out!

Thank you. I made it in very bad situations years ago. You can also try my other app QuakeNotch too.

I will try this out since it looks nice! Although does it have window stashing on top like rectangle pro?

Always cool to see these get rewritten from scratch. How's the Apple Silicon performance compared to the older version, any noticeable difference on M-series chips?

u/Due_Revolution8316

This is exactly the software I wanted! I really like Windows' built-in window management features, but I previously haven't found an app on macOS that can rival Windows'. But through your demonstration, I found that what you've made is even better than Windows' built-in window management features!

Just purchased a premium license a few weeks ago, excited to update!

Nice update. Always cool to see an open source Mac utility keep improving.

Can't thank you enough for this app! Donated the $7. Keep up the good work.

Wow, this looks incredible! Definitely giving it a shot right now.
