how do you audit your fedex/ups/dhl accounts to make sure a scammer isn't using your account to ship stuff?

Do you have a record of your shipments? You can export your activity from carriwr then just cross reference tracking numbers from there in excel (there are definitely other ways, but this is an easy one if you have the data and excel)

The main issue is exporting. i can not find a single way to get either fedex or ups to export my shipments to one single CSV. if i could do that then I can easily cross reference

FedEx: Log into your FedEx.com portal Select company, pull down menu and go to "View and Pay Bill" on the left hand side of the page should be an option for "Reporting" - select and drop down to create report The "Create Report" page should open - apply new filters (I use Filter Set Invoice), select account number (if applicable for you), select whichever columns you wish to see and download from there. You should be able to get enough data there to cross reference your shipping data and identify any outliers that don't belong. Let me double check UPS

i dont have an account manager. ups support is awful. I did ask them to limit my account so only shipment sent from my shipping software were allowed and they said it wasnt possible.

that seems like a simple issue to fix byUPS having ability authorizing your own shipping points for pickup or limited radius or location to drop off.

I'm up there too in shipping and haven't really thought about that, I would never know. I spend all my time looking for adjustments.

UPS Billing Center lets you export invoices as CSV — go to Billing > Invoice History, select up to 45 days per pull, and download the detail file (not the summary). It includes origin zip, shipper reference, and service type for every tracking number billed to your account. Once you have the CSVs, pivot on origin zip code against your known warehouse zips — anything that doesn't match is your first filter. Secondary filter: look for account numbers or payment methods in the detail rows that differ from your standard setup. For UPS specifically, also check "Quantum View Manage" if your account has it enabled — it gives shipment visibility separate from billing and sometimes catches things faster since it's near real-time vs. invoices which can lag 7-10 days. The real fix going forward is enabling account-level PIN/password protection on third-party billing in your UPS account settings — this is the vector most account hijacks use, someone just plugs your account number into their own shipping software and bills to you. DHL has a similar CSV export under MyDHL+ > Shipment Reports, but their fraud team (1-800-225-5345) will actually pull a full account activity log for you if you ask, which is faster than
