I’m looking for a dashboard type software, widget or chrome extension. Something that will allow us to have quick links to frequently used apps, email, calendar, to do list and notes. I’ve got chrome extension “momentum” but I’m wanting more. Best I can come up with is maybe a notion page?

A Notion page is probably the cleanest version if this is for a small team, but I would keep it boring on purpose. One page with: core apps, team calendar, current priorities, useful docs, and a small notes/to-do area. If you try to make it a full operating system, people stop using it. For quick links specifically, the thing that matters is ownership. Someone has to remove dead links and keep the top section current. I’ve seen dashboards fail less because the tool was bad and more because they became a junk drawer after a few months. If you need something browser-native, a shared Chrome bookmarks folder or start.me-style page can work. If you need notes/tasks/calendar together, Notion or Microsoft Loop/SharePoint may fit better, especially if your workplace is already on Office.
Notion could work if you want something simple. I'd keep it very lightweight. Links, recurring tasks, key docs, and maybe one calendar view. Dashboards fail when they become another thing to maintain.

I started with a Canva whiteboard that created graphics and buttons and hyperlinked - but I want a locally hosted, browser starting page that has everything I need.
