So I do custom commission work and i’m looking to make a form that starts off with just my home page with a start button then leads a page to collect contact info and then to different categories of car airbrush work that can be done then prices and then to a spot where they can put notes and uploaded references. What is the best app for this ? preferably free. I’ve been struggling to get this set up.

I am wondering why not shopify-forms plugin? If that doesn't meet your requirements then you can try Youform and embed in your shopify page.
