Looking for a "Read Later" system that actually reminds me to look at links (Articles/Videos)

Depending on how often you're saving links for later review, without adding any new tools or apps to your stack you could: set a recurring calendar event that has you review your Link Inbox, or generate a new calendar event for each article/link to review (if infrequent)

what do you use to convert youtube videos into ai podcasts? been trying to figure this out forever

I had the same problem with Pocket, stuff just sits there forever. Omnivore with a weekly review habit is the only thing that actually worked for me.

Im biased because im building Sigilla around this exact frustration, but I think the real problem is that most read later tools stop at “saved”. For me, the useful part is what happens after that: getting reminded, reopening things, deciding what still matters, highlighting the useful bits, and letting the rest go. Otherwise it just becomes another guilt-folder full of links. Im trying to make it feel more like a calm review system for saved articles/videos, not just a bookmark dump.

I simply put it in a calendar hold. I have specific time in my day for learning.

Most read-later systems fail because they're good at saving and bad at resurfacing. I'd look for something that lets you snooze items or sends review reminders, otherwise it just becomes a graveyard of links.
