You just need a sync engine. Zoho sync works. Recently worked with a client and revamped their entire ecom store, along with setting up a two way sync for the items. They had items on etsy, amazon, etc.

for syncing existing listings across platforms to your own site, a multichannel listing tool is going to be your easiest route rather than rebuilding everything from scratch in a new storefront. Vendoo and Crosslist are the most common ones resellers use for exactly this situation.
