Something I have been wanting for years iPhone MacBook
I want someone to create a way for me to mirror my iPhone( already done) and allow me to see all of my icon screens at the same time so I can arrange them to my liking and the save that order back to my iPhone. Sure, Android can come along.

Have a look at Apple Configurator, it's not exactly for this purpose but I'm pretty sure you can do it with this. I don't think Apple wouldn't allow developers to access this low-level system type of operation
