Hi - anyone know of an app that will track when DND (do not disturb) was activated (bonus points for what activated it ie a routine, app, etc)? I'm finding my phone randomly on DND during all times of the day. I don't realize it until it occurs to me that the blissful silence has gone on for too long so it's definitely a problem. I have routines set up and I use Buzzkill but other than the "sleep" routine nothing that silences the phone automatically. I have a manually activated mode set up plus there's the native DND function but neither has a shortcut that I'm somehow fumble fingering. I haven't installed any new apps recently. My phone is older (Samsung ZFlip5) and it's been developing some...quirks of late but I'm at a loss on sorting this issue. TIA

r/MacroDroid could log DND changes but it won't necessarily tell you what triggered it, you might be able to work if out based in times though
You could use the Tasker automation app to log changes in DND state, but I don't think it could tell what made the state change.
