Best WhatsApp automation app for Shopify that doesn't break at high volume?

running a shopify store and relying on email for abandoned carts but open rates are basically dead at this point. wanna lean harder into whatsapp for our next promo. we tested a few of the cheap tools but hit a wall super fast. either the pricing suddenly skyrockts when u add a 3rd team member, or the bot just straight up stops working if u hit some hidden "session limit" (almost totally screwed us during our last big sale). plus using zapier to handle custom product questions is so clunky. i basically just want an ai layer that can read our shopify catalog, automatically hit up abandoned carts, and actually answer basic sizing/shipping questions if they reply back. what are the actual scalable options right now that dont have hidden session caps?

Hey, we’re working on something that seems to match exactly what you’re looking for. We’re currently in the pilot stage and looking for a few Shopify stores to work closely with. If you’re interested, we can set it up for your store and test it with your actual workflow and volume. You can use it free until you see real value from it — in return, we’d love your feedback as we improve the product.
The biggest thing I’d look at is whether the tool is actually built around the official messaging limits and workflows, not just a cheap “send more messages” promise. A lot of smaller tools look great until you hit a sale event and suddenly everything becomes unreliable. For abandoned carts, I’d also test the basics first, timing, message angle, and segmentation, because better targeting usually beats just sending more messages.
