Looking for an android app that limits charging to a custom %
I know there's a setting for 80% but the lack of control on that is a pain. I want to be able to charge to 85% or 90%. Does anyone know of an app for this?

just do 0-100% ...20-80% you charge 40% less everytime!
yeah, basically just a reminder app then, the stop part has to come from kernel support or a vendor setting and most phones dont expose that

Why?
To add a specific name to what's already been said: AccuBattery is the standard pick for the alarm-based approach - set it to 85% or whatever and it'll notify you loudly when you hit it, with a history of your charge cycles too. If you're on Samsung, check Settings > Battery > Protect battery first though, some models let you set a custom limit natively without needing an app at all.
