Best method to trim unwanted parts of media files

A few of the shows that I have on my Jellyfin server have Amazon prime video, Netflix, etc intros before the main show and non-english credits after the main ones. They affect the intro and the outro skipping detection on Jellyfin, so I'm just wondering what the best way to programmatically cut these sections from the media files is.
