You can use an app called connected inventory. It worked out well for me
Material Manager let's you sync inventory between variants that use the same materials.
Shopify doesn't do this natively, but Connected Inventory is probably the app you're looking for. It lets multiple products or variants share the same inventory, so a sale on one listing automatically reduces stock on the others. If it's for bundles, Bundle Kit is worth checking out as well.
