I feel like i spend more time jumping between dashboards than actually improving campaigns right now i mostly use google and meta for my ecommerce store and even keeping up with those two feels like a full time job. every platform reports things differently, the interfaces are nothing alike and trying to compare performance feels way harder than it should be i have been thinking about testing tiktok too but honestly the thought of adding another dashboard into the mix makes me hesitate how are people handling this once they start advertising in more than one place?

Yeah, that kind of overwhelm is usually a systems problem before it is a channel problem. When leads, notes, follow-up status, and client info are spread across different tools, every platform feels harder because you’re constantly trying to reconstruct what happened and what needs to happen next. What helps most is separating the stack into two jobs: acquisition tools that bring people in one clean operating system for intake, records, and follow-up once they raise their hand A lot of small businesses keep adding marketing tools, but the real friction is that the back-end workflow is messy. If the client record is standardized and easy to search, it becomes much easier to see which leads are real, where handoff breaks, and what follow-up should happen next. So I’d simplify around the workflow first, then judge each ad platform from there. Otherwise every new channel just adds another layer of admin.
