Anyone using AI that actually understands your brand and creates ads?

I run a Shopify store, and it feels like AI tools are moving insanely fast. I'm wondering if there's anything beyond just "write me ad copy" or "generate an image." Is there an AI tool that can actually learn your brand (products, tone, past creatives, website, etc.) and then generate complete ads that are actually usable? Ideally something that can create static creatives, maybe even UGC-style videos or ad variations without me having to prompt it every single time. I'm less interested in generic AI generators and more in something that acts like an AI creative strategist for an ecommerce brand. Has anyone here found something that's genuinely useful, or is everything still pretty hit or miss? Would love to hear what's actually working for Shopify brands.

I’m also interested in hearing how others manage their AI workflows and what tools they use. We use AI agents powered by Claude and ChatGPT to help manage our media generation and marketing campaigns. The agents have access to a structured knowledge base of Markdown, YAML, and JSON files containing our brand guidelines, messaging, hooks, do’s and don’ts, and other reference material. They can also analyze our social media and advertising performance data, allowing us to regularly update the knowledge base with what is and isn’t working. After a few weeks of refining the prompts, workflows, and reference materials, the agents became much better at generating images that match our brand tone. Each week, we product 30 to 50 product, lifestyle, and customer informative posts, all generated, prepared and posted by AI agents. But Video generation still requires significantly more manual iteration and editing, so we’re still improving that part of the workflow. We primarily use models hosted on Replicate, including see dance, gemini, etc.

What's your app?
Personally speaking - this is a data and input issue. I run a popup and data collection and analytics company. We collect data points from 70%+ of first time buyers about their customer journey complete with what converts by orders revenue etc. We then take that data and combine it with reviews to find themes that match then we create statics to test with templates. Then when we find something with traction we go to video in canva. Then founder video. Staying on brand doesn’t matter until you are a brand. You’re not a brand until you have people buying your products on eBay for more than you originally sold them for. Ai is getting better at this. But there’s a tendency for it to make things that all look the same. There’s a lot of people trying to build things in the space but the inputs haven’t been there yet. The above data with stitching nano banana with Claude design is the closest I’ve seen. All the tools are using other models for that heavy lifting.
Hi, this is the first thing I've focused on - not to create a generic ads, but make it creative. I've built a complete app around it, for my use, and I honestly think it's great. You will be able to guide it on what direction you think to market, it will find a new suprising creative direction to market it. Give it a try - AdControlCenter DM me for a free month discount
