Hello all, I've done some searching around and tried a few tools but still not been able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Most tools either have way too many features that I don't require or don't have the automation. I'm in Sales and use Goodday.work currently to manage my sales pipeline. I use different work flows for different stages of the process. Quoting to Follow Ups to Closing and After Sales. Basic automation between stages etc I'm trying to find a Self Hosted tool that can do this. Anyone able to assist with some recommendations?

Automating calendar reminders. Changing Statuses of Opportunities. Once manually changing the Status it will move the Opportunity to a different list and add new date reminders etc. Hope this helps

Thank you. This sounds like me. I'm really looking to self host out of privacy and data control but maybe I should over complicate it. Thanks for your reply

Thank you. Yes a CRM style but on the basic side. I'll take a look at vtiger.

Thank you. I'll look into these. I've heard of plane but not tried it. Vkunja looks good.

I’ve looked at this for my professional work. Safe to say almost nothing meets what a good CRM can do and nothing selfhosted seems as good as a well tailored corpo option. NocoDB and n8n could do it. Kanban view can be helpful too.

Seems kind of vague. What kind of automation?

Vikunja didn't seem to be for me as they don't have Custom Columns. Plane is more for me, I'll give it more of a play and see

Possibly a CRM style App? Back when we ran a B&B I used Vtiger which had lots of sales pipeline type functions. There are others if you search.

You might want to look at vkunja orplane. They both selfhosted, fairly lightweight and support automation without feeling overly complicated

Given you're looking to use this in your day to day job (actual income generating production workload), I'd explore microsoft to do + a power-automate automation in some form.

I dont know if this maybe a solution, look at https://github.com/agentoryhq/agentory

Maybe a to-do list with a homeassistant automation?

maybe try n8n with a simple db backend, you can wire up stage changes without all the bloat most apps force on you

This looks like something very specific. You might need to build your own connection between apps to achieve that. I have looked into the space and think most apps there are more generic in what they can do, e.g. a standalone to-do app.

Check out an app called Super Productivity, icon is a blue box with a check mark. I've got it running on my phone, my desktop, and a jailbroken echo 8. All syncing with my calendars and tasks in my Obsidian Vault.
