Right now I'm tracking which subcontractors have current insurance, which licenses are about to expire, and who's waiting on a payment, all across three different spreadsheets and a messy inbox. It works, barely, but only because I'm the one holding all the pieces together in my head, and that's a bad place to be. What I want is contractor management software that keeps compliance documents and payment status in one spot so I'm not the single point of failure. We're adding more contractors every quarter, and the setup that gets us through today won't hold up once the numbers double.

I actually built something for exactly the compliance side of this, tracking insurance, licenses and certifications with expiry alerts so it's not all living in your head. Won't replace your whole stack but it'll kill at least two of those spreadsheets. complitrack.online Planning to add a lot more features soon.
