I run Facebook and google ads for three small businesses and I have ben using separate bitly accounts for each clients because I don't want them to see each others data. Managing them is quite a challenge as I at times forget which account has which links. I need a tool where I can organize links by client and give them view only access to their own analytics. I have been looking at linkly because they mention unlimited team members on all tiers but I am not sure if the free plan handles multiple workspaces. Is there a link management tool built for agencies with multiple clients or what do you use to keep client links separated?

What I do is use redirhub for all my client links — tag by client name so everything is organized in one dashboard, and the Pro plan lets you add team members if you want to give clients access. Much simpler than separate bitly logins.
How much does the subscription cost or does it have free version?
it has free tier
I haven't used this before, I'll take some time to understand how it works.
Funnel has a free plan that should allow you to connect your sources to it within the plan. And looker is free too.
Yes I would recommend using funnel.io to sync your data sources and then pushing it into Looker/Data Studio for reporting.
unlimited users are not the same as workspace level permissions. for the multiple clients, one login with separate workspaces keeps things cleaner and avoids mix ups. bfore adding a link platform, ask if the reporting alone justifies the extra tool, you will be maintaining it for three then six then ten clients.
It's this simple, if they have a free version just try it out and see if it will be efficient and also check on the other suggestions you've been given.Work with what will give you the best as long as your work is simplified.
Separate workspaces probably matter more than just having unlimited users, especially if three clients eventually becomes six or ten. Curious though, beyond the links, how are you keeping each client’s campaign notes, reporting, and changes organised? I’ve seen people end up with links in one tool, Meta and Google data in another, and the reasons behind campaign changes buried in messages or notes. Then a few weeks later it becomes difficult to remember why something was changed or whether it actually improved performance. Is the main problem only link separation for you, or are you also dealing with that wider client-context problem?
