Software to swap audio outputs to multiple devices?
When my partner is over she often has a film on the TV while Im on the computer, but because the TV is connected to my PC and streaming I cant play games due to audio output. Is there a software or a way where I can change the output for specific programs?…
When my partner is over she often has a film on the TV while Im on the computer, but because the TV is connected to my PC and streaming I cant play games due to audio output. Is there a software or a way where I can change the output for specific programs? Like have my game playing audio from my headset, while the audio for Netflix plays through the TV simultaneously? Btw we cant get Netflix on the TV app, for some reason it makes me pay for a 2nd user if I try, even though its on the same network and household as my PC

If I’m not mistaken, VoiceMeeter (I think at least Banana and Potato version) can do this. It’s a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to set up the software, but I use it frequently, tho more so to duplicate audio to multiple outputs at once, rather than what you’re looking for, but I’d say give it a look and see if it works for you.
