Audio mixing and precise audio control app?
My old phone had a volume bar where I could individually raise or lower apps volumes. My new phone doesn't. I also need an app to make my volume more precise cuz the lowest ain't low enough.

For the latter you might try 32steps
It doesn't go quiet enough (I got loud ass headphones) and doesn't use the regular audio control thing. Idk about this one
VolumeManager https://github.com/yume-chan/VolumeManager setup with Shizuku https://github.com/RikkaApps/Shizuku allows for individual control of different app volumes.
