I mean j have accessibility enabled for multiple apps and I want to turn them off individually while using payment app as it doesn't allow but some apps are allowed so any choosing app from quick settings? But payments are most used one they need to be easily accessible, can I do it in reverse keep the other apps in private? But the will still bank apps can detect this accessibility or not?

The shortcut will be easily accessible just like the app itself, you just put it in private space. Think of it like making a clone of the app

Take a look at DevQS

Reddit is plagued by these "suggest me" posts. Holy shit do a fucking search

Better solution for this is to put the banking app in secret folder and make a shortcut for it. It will turn a blind eye to accessibility and Dev options because its a private space. Moreover, if you don't want to use secret folder for this, then use macrodroid to automate turning on/off those things while opening the app
