Actually I run a small D2C brand with over 80% of the customers coming via Instagram DM. I run Meta ads and all those things. From there people come to me and I move them to WhatsApp to reply faster but what actually happens here is that a lot of people are coming and I'm taking more time to reply manually. That's the reason I can't focus on my products and other marketing time instead of just replying. As I told you before, I'm a small company so we can't afford to pay $200-$300 per month for an employee just to reply. I am just checking out: is there any possibility where I can connect my Claude or ChatGPT, pay a few pennies, and then it automatically replies to that? Even Deep Seek is fine. I was just chatting with Deep Seek and it was really good. Is there anything you guys are working on or anything you guys are using? I am open to the options.

Honestly, I'd map out the conversations first. If you're answering the same 5-10 questions over and over, almost any decent model can handle that. The real work is deciding when the AI should reply and when it should hand things over to you.
