You can use twilio. You just have to buy the subscription (15$) and a number (1-2$), but you have to make your own dialer, for that you have to know some programming or use claude code. I recently made my own simple dialer, I could give it to you to test it and I'll explain how to set it up quickly so you don't have to deal with the code part yourself. Just dm me
