I tried TickTick but feel it’s a bit cumbersome. I’m looking for something that has the Eisenhower matrix view/labeling for tasks, custom lists, and some functionality for actually doing something with Q2 and Q3 tasks like mark a task as delegated or mark a task as scheduled. But the biggest thing for me is that functionality is streamlined. I haven’t tried TickTick in a while I guess but I remember thinking there were too many steps involved or things weren’t obvious/intuitive. Is there anything that does this or am I going to be stuck doing this manually for the rest of my life lol

If you want something similar like ticktick with more features maybe try menatask. It has an Eisenhower matrix. For tasks you set priority P1 to P4. You can create custom filter and boards to get custom lists. I don't know about what you mean with "Q2 and Q3 tasks...". When a tasks is scheduled it has a due date. When a task is delegated you assign it to someone else. Do you mean that? You just customize the task.
I’ll check it out, thanks! Btw I meant Q2 = quadrant 2 so important but not urgent/tasks you need to schedule. Ideally there’d be some functionality to mark tasks as delegated / scheduled vs completed so I can continue to track tasks that I’ve taken that step with but is still not done, if that makes sense
Ok, now I understand. You probably can create tags to achieve what you want like delegated and scheduled and create a custom board with tag columns.
Have you considered Obsidian? There's been Eisenhower matrix features for years via plugins, permitting tagging tasks for delegation, completion, scheduling, etc. Obsidian is endlessly customizable and short-cut-able.
OmniFocus is great for customization. There are lots of options for custom views with their own filters and rules. You can probably build a system that works exactly the way you want it to.
