Desktop timer that logs the time you've paused it

Hello, does anyone know of a desktop timer that logs the minutes it's been paused but doesn't reset it?

Is this like a pomodoro timer? Are you pausing the timer to take a break? So you can pause it and it will record the pause and then when you restart it will record the time you started with. I know pomodoro timers have a time you can set for working and times for breaks.

This reddit restricts mentioning of products. I would look for ones on the app store.

could you suggest which pomodoro timers have this function?

You may have better luck searching for a time tracker rather than a timer. Most timers treat a pause as “nothing happened,” while a tracker records separate start and stop intervals. Look for one that shows active time, paused time, and a session timeline without creating a new entry every time you resume.
