Looking for an app that can track multiple kinds of media (books, movies, tv, music, etc).

"Track" as in.... what? You want to create a database of media that you own? That you've read/watched/listened to? What kind of info are you looking to record? What's the size of this "collection"? How much effort are you going to be putting into this project? Without knowing your goals and limitations, suggestions are going to be all over the place. Personally, I use Momento Database (not FOSS, like you seem to prefer, but I've never found a FOSS solution that was feature-rich enough for my needs). I use it to track multiple types of media that I own: movies, TV series, video games, and board games. It's extensible enough to do as much or as little as you want, although it's not necessarily easy. Again, that all depends on your goals, none of which you shared.

Momento sounds close, but yeah the setup tax is the catch

Does it support audio books?

Yamtrack. Selfhosted media tracker. Opensource. Not for android but u can use it in browser while hosting on pc.

Take a look at librarything.com. 'Add books, movies and music from Amazon, the Library of Congress and 4,941 other libraries.' Free. Not sure if it will do everything that you want.
