What are you guys using for daily/weekly/monthly habit trackers as well as to keep track of weekly/monthly/yearly etc. goals? I’ve tried keeping a journal and doing a combination of Google Docs and sheets but nothing I can stick with long term. I don’t have a problem actually sticking to my goals and habits I’m more so just looking for a fun way to keep it organized and reflect on my progress. I’m open to paying a reasonable amount for a program or app if you can really rave about it!

Todoist for my tasks that need to get done. I don't know if it has anything for goal tracking though.
The urge to make tracking "fun" is usually what kills it long term, the simpler versions last longer. What's helped me is separating the two: a dead simple daily check (just a tap or checkmark) and a slower weekly pass where I actually look back and adjust. Trying to reflect deeply every single day is what burns people out on this stuff.
For daily tracking, I do very well with: clipboard + grid/graph paper (I rec just printing your own) metallic dot markers (from Japan!) sticky notes with full-back sticky (also from Japan!) over time, ya end up filling the paper with cute tiny dots. when full, transfer sticky notes to new paper
Since sticking to the habits isn’t the problem, I’d keep daily tracking almost ridiculously light: one tap, dot, or photo. Then once a week, add three lines: what moved forward, what felt easier, and what you want to adjust. That gives you something worth reflecting on without turning tracking into another habit to maintain.
I had the same google doc challenge you are describing. Community rules prevent me from self promoting, but if you look in my comment history you might be able to find what you’re looking for!
easiest way is to use an application. search for Streaks on ios. and no, i didnt make it
You could set up tasks in Google Calendar, repeat daily, and check them off each day (I have a few set for a daily meds reminder and taking out the trash each week). Or if you like the visual component, you could get a cheap calendar or planner and use colors to x the day depending on what and how many things you're tracking.
have you tried any lifeos apps? they are more than just a single to do app. idk if giving a name allowed here but try to look for them. apart from those, pen and paper seems like the best idea to me.
Onethingdaily completely free. Set a primary task for the day and also set smaller tasks. I feel like setting a task you must complete in the morning forces me to feel guilty if i dont actually do it, and once I do it I feel like I gain so much momementum to keep me going through my workflow for the rest of the day
r/Finch is a cute, gamified to do list app with a lot of fun features (don’t work there, just a fan). They’re ad free and as you check things off, you earn points you can spend to decorate a little bird and a birdhouse. They do monthly themes and have weekly reports of what you completed/missed. Also has a section for guided reflections and breathing exercises. It finally got me to start doing a morning/nightly routine, cleaning schedule, and tracking my moods. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a lil more whimsy in their to do list.
i use kairos for goal tracking
One function gap to be answered by an app is an integrated goal, habit and to-do tracking app for sure!
