I've been trying to find a Windows 11 app that basically lets me do almost everything with my Android phone from my PC, but every app I've found seems to only do a small part of what I want. What I'm after is something that, once it's set up the first time, just automatically connects whenever my phone is nearby or connected to the same wifi network. I don't want to keep approving prompts, scanning QR codes, entering PINs, or reconnecting every time. I'd like to be able to access my phone from my PC as much as Android allows. Stuff like viewing notifications, messages, calls, clipboard, files, and ideally even changing settings like mobile data or hotspot if that's possible. One of the biggest things for me is file management. I want to be able to browse my phone's storage from my PC, drag files back and forth over Wi-Fi, rename, move, delete, copy, and generally manage files on either device without having to touch my phone. I would rather download and install the file to set up the app, but I will use microsoft store if a setup download doesnt exist. For the Moto G05, I am fine with either installing the app from the Google Play store, or downloading and installing the APK from a reputable apk site or an official website. I'm also looking for something that's lightweight, fast, has a clean UI, and doesn't feel slow or like bloatware. I'd prefer something FOSS if possible, but I'm fine paying a few bucks for a genuinely good app. I just don't want something that's subscription-based or harvesting my data, and if such a program exists, also works fine offline, but thats a bonus. My phone is a Motorola Moto G05 with 4GB ram and my laptop is an Acer Aspire Lite 16 running Windows 11 with an i7-1355U and 16GB DDR5 RAM. Preferably the program is not made by like the specific tech brand that only works with certain phones, but as long as it works perfectly fine with my Moto G05 i am fine with it. Does anything like this actually exist, or is there a combination of apps that gets close? I've looked at a few options already, but they all seem to be missing a bunch of features. Any help, suggestions, or questions are welcomed. Thank you for any help.

The first answer stated that the Microsoft Phone app is usable but not the best— I'm sure there are better programs out there. My phone is a few feet away, but I can see who's texting me and even call me. It is connected automatically when I turn my computer on.
I have tried Microsoft Phone, but i find it lacking in features, slow, and just another way microslop can get me to unknowingly use onedrive which i finally rid myself of and dont want to start again with lol.
The biggest problem with KDE Connect is you can't turn it on and off. Its always running and killing your battery even when your nowhere near a computer. At least with Phone Link, I can switch it on and off.
Completely fair. I use it often enough that the battery drain is worth the tradeoff to me. If I know I'm going to be away from my PC and need to save battery though, I just force close the app.
Nothing like that exists presently for that phone brand/model. The Windows Phone app is the closest, but even that falls drastically short. You could potentially supplement it with things like scrcpy and Android debugging. I know I have a quick script that I can run, that forces the device over to wifi adb instead of only using wired, grabs the wifi IP, and then attempts to connect scrcpy using tcpip, so that I can remotely control my tablet from my computer, no matter where it is in my home, as long as it is on wifi.
Not OP, but I'm looking for the same thing as OP. The problem with the phone-app is that it will not work if you don't have a Microsoft-account tied to your windows. I know most people have that, but I don't.
What about using Splashtop or Screenconnect? They both give you full control.
