I'm thinking something like booru sites, or e621 it's basically a heap of images, images are uploaded by users and are tagged to describe the contents, so it is easy to find images of similar or same content. I think OP is avoiding mentioning any as they're mostly nsfw kinda places even though a lot of them host general art or photography, too. But, for example, an image that contains three characters engaging in intercourse would be tagged with character 1 character 2 character 3 media/franchise (multiple if characters are from different ones) specific sexual acts, one tag for each threesome whatever sexual orientation tags are applicable to the gender combinations any specific tropes/memes related to these characters or their combination artstyle if distinct (something like photorealistic, cartoon, hentai) location depicted if applicable

What you're looking for is a Booru or Booru-like server. If you just Google "Booru Docker" you'll get a few options. I'm not recommending one in particular because I haven't personally tested any of them.
