As of now, this is a 10/10 pain point for developers, getting an API approved from Facebook, Google, Pinterest is hell and most of the time they deny them for stupid reasons. If there were a service that could sign up for API access, or even a middleware service through which we can route our requests to these sites, that would be awesome.

That'd be abused and it'd also go against their tos. I've never once had a request declined, as long as you meet their requirements you shouldn't be having any problems.

+1 on this. Middleware services often add an extra layer of complexity and cost to a pretty straightforward process.
