Looking for a simple software that helps sort images into folders.

I have probably thousands of old pictures sitting in a folder and it's getting impossible to find what I want to. I'd like software that's dedicated solely to sorting images easier than having to individually open each one then decide where it goes, pull it up to the folder it goes into, then go to the next. I know it's already easy in the file explorer, but I find myself losing patience squinting at every icon then finding one of the dozen folders I want to sort. I'm thinking something that'll pull a picture up and give you the option to add it to an existing folder, create a new folder for it, or delete it, then immediately pull up the next picture with just a click.
