Our software doesn't talk to our spreadsheets, so I was stuck copying and pasting customer data every single afternoon. I finally set up a tool that just watches a quick screen recording of my clicks and replicates the process automatically. It saved me 5 hours this week. Is anyone else automating their manual clicking like this, or are you guys still doing it by hand? (Happy to share what I'm using if anyone is stuck on this).

what systems were you connecting? I'm surprised how many businesses are still doing this stuff manually.

A small Chrome extension that injects a button right into your UI to sync data automatically could save a ton of tab switching.
