Start by defining the fields and the cut-off time you need, not the Google Doc layout. Pull each source into one table, then have the weekly job stamp the source time, missing data, and exceptions beside the numbers. If one system fails, send the report with that gap plainly flagged instead of a complete-looking document built on stale data.
I just have a dashboards that pulls all the data into one place and lets me send the report (full disclosure i did in our own platform)
I’d stop treating the Google Doc like the source of truth. Use it for the quick summary, but keep the actual numbers somewhere that updates on its own, even if it’s an ugly sheet. Otherwise Friday reporting turns into its own job and the report is already stale by the time people read it.
