Is there a SaaS for real-time floor coordination between staff to usher guests who are late to the right location. eg. a wedding, seminar etc. What do people use today, or is this still just group chat?

This feels like one of those workflows where the messy part is not the schedule, it is the last-minute changes. If a tool makes swaps and no-shows less chaotic on the day, that would be the thing I’d care about first.
