Hi guys, So I am trying to complete my Arr stack with being able to download music . I know there is Lidarr but it downloads complete albums and I just want to download like single songs or selective ones only . Plus I don't want to keep tracking a band or singer for all their songs . Plus I want be able to get indian songs too . So Lidarr didn't suite me well . Is there a good containerised software out there which is easy to use and will just download what I need , as in single tracks. Ps : tried soulseek 🥹 . Didn't work for me . Configuring it behind nginx was a pain and then when I tried to use it , I didn't quite understand how to download, and everything kept erroring out I did like the project called spotiflac , the mobile apps seems so good , had a major success there , but the container again was not that grt and I kept struggling. Plz point me to some correct place. ... Want to finish my whole stack ...

I can't speak for mstream but MeTube can.
it only downloads 30sec files from mono for me, am I missing something?

This container has its own web server. Do you mean you want to put it behind a reverse proxy? How you go about it depends on your setup. You’ll want to put this behind a VPN.

mStream has yt-dlp support so you can download youtube videos as music files to your collection. Federation has also been added recently. If you have friends with music collections you can federate with them and then download their music.
Hey if u can point to me some post where they actually show how to use this container behind nginx , that would be grt . Coz somehow no download worked and everything kept timing out ...
Yea, mStream will let you download from youtube. It can also manage torrents for you

lidarr can be configured to do all the things you want, in other words every single one of your complaint can be rectified with a setting
Downtify. It uses yt to download and Spotify for metadata
Search for DeezSpoTag. It downloads and tags from multiple platforms, both downloading and tagging
I've had lots of success with Downtify when I want to grab specific stuff https://github.com/henriquesebastiao/downtify After that I just pipe it through beets to my navidrome music folder.
