So I recently had a disaster with my media server. Sonarr went haywire after an unplanned power outage corrupted my database file and deleted several hundred shows. I used Recuva and It got a lot of them back, but some of them were only partially recovered. The partially recovered ones either don't play or only have very crappy audio and the video scrubber on Plex will say that they're several hours long. My question is this: is there any application I can run on my server to check for these partially recovered files and auto delete them so I can just redownload them?

Oh.... I didn't know that. I have that installed already. I'll have to check it out. Thank you!
tdarr can do automated integrity checks on your media files and flag any that are suspicious
ouch that power outage corruption is the worst. had similar happen last year and lost half my library for the files you can try ffprobe in a script, scan each file and if it returns weird duration or errors just move it to a quarantine folder. sonarr should pick up the missing ones after that if you trigger a rescan
Personally, I'd just delete and redownload the entire library. Everything would be tainted in my mind. Grab a UPS for your gear so you don't have said unplanned power outages.
