Money Management Programs For PC?

What are some of the best checkbook register/money management programs that are for PC that I can sync with my phone and that can work when not connected to the Internet. Sometimes I don't have Internet depending on where I'm at and it'd be nice to still update my finances while offline and have it synced to my phone when I'm connected to the Internet. I used to use Money Pro and I haven't had a issue with it when I used it but I'm seeing if there's better options out there. Also Ivs tried using Google spreadsheet and Excel but I couldn't get used to it plus money pro was more app friendly too when I used it on my phone. I've also just been using Volkron Checkbook on my phone to keep my finances in order and I love it but it can be a pain to sync it to a PC
