It should have smart non nagging notifications think someone with a pacemaker or serious sensory overload so should be able to set vibration levels for notifications. Empathetically designed notifications. Big buttons with clear labels. No nagging popups.

I am looking for an android app.
Maybe edit the post to add that. I'm an Android user--specifically, Galaxy. Samsung Health now has a medicine tracker. I don't take many medicines, but it tracks supplements and OTC meds too. Very easy to use once you input the meds list. Gives reminders; allows you to set parameters for intrusiveness. Edit: I should add that I'm 68, and I came to this app after using most of the med trackers on the Play Store, including Medsafe and My Therapy, and also using a large pillbox with no tracker. Not diagnosed autistic, but have cognitive deficits in executive function from post-chemotherapy cognitive impairment. (Aquired ADHD, so to speak.)
