I have been trying to find an app to: Fetch and provide insights from my fitness tracker. I wear a Garmin but the insights are limited and the Garmin plus plan is expensive. Nutrition tracking apps does a good job at segregating nutrition but doesn’t do a good job at correlating it with my fitness data (HRV, Sleep, SpO2, Steps, Activity, etc.) Fetching data from lab reports I want to build an app which correlates well with all three with AI support and can: Give an overall insight if my food isn’t supporting my activity or my sleep is not getting the best out of my activities. Blood work talks to the food I have been taking and suggests to me, in very short language, what I should change. Eg. Have 2 more eggs to up your protein intake during b’fast. Something like that. There could be 3 plans: Freemium: Not different from any other tracker apps with a pinch of AI summary on the side. No support for lab reports or nutrition breakdown. Users can log food though to integrate with Apple Health. Lite: Fitness + Nutrition insights. AI suggestions on how nutrition can be designed better for optimum fitness such as longer runs, better stamina, etc. Pro: Nutrition + Fitness + Lab reports (Blood work indicators) + AI Overview Tell me your views. Thanks!
