Adalo does and now you can build an app with them in ChatGPT.
Adalo's app store publishing is decent but last time I checked you still need to handle the screenshots and descriptions yourself. The ChatGPT integration is interesting though, hadn't seen that yet. How deep does it actually go with the building part?

you can import your code to catdoes and ask the agent to prepare for releasing to app store, it will sort it out in a day or less based on my experience.
I believe bitrig will do that. Whole setup and submit
publishing itself is still a manual apple review process no matter which builder you use, nothing automates that part away yet
Publishing is one of those parts that feels small until it blocks you for a week. I’d want the tool to prepare the screenshots and listing copy, but I’d still keep the final submission under the Apple account owner’s control.
