I recorded the outflow pump running after reset program started. It stops after about 20s. A light keeps blinking. The machine is Bosch SGV2ITX22E/37 The water pump seems to be running as I hear it and some water is pumped out. I placed the white cap above the pump so I heard the “click” sound. I cleaned the area beneath it so no debris was seen. The hose of waste water on the other end seems ok as I took it off and cleaned it. The whole kitchen and dishwasher are max 4 years old. Any thoughts what could be wrong or broken?

The LED light that blinks has a label “Eco” and 50 beneath. It’s seen at the end of the attached video. The machine doesn’t have a display.
What is your actual concern? The water in the bottom of the sump? Because it's normal for there to be a small amount of water in the sump, usually around a cup of water.
When I run the dishwasher, it doesn’t finish the program. At first plenty of water stayed at the bottom of the whole bottom area - couple of liters. Now I ran it again, it stops after a couple of minutes. Eco light stayed on all the time and the icon with the water pipe. Btw the reset program I ran on the video should run for 60s at least.

I ran the default program and these two lights stay on. Can’t figure this very combination in the manual I found online. Now it seems that water supply is the problem? I started to tackle the issues when the machine left plenty of water at the bottom.
Now it seems it’s working. I just turned the valve left and right. I don’t understand. It might have happened that somehow the kitchen drawer bumped against the valve and it turned it off. That’s why this icon was flashing related to water source. But why liters of water stayed at the bottom of the machine at least two times and the outflow pump did not pump it out remains a mystery. Maybe I cleaned up something that made the claps stuck there around the drainage when I was opening up the things down there to check the outflow pump.
Whats the error code on the display?
Drain the water, clean the impeller
