Hello. I just moved into an apartment complex and I’m used to using a drier that lets you set time and temperature. This drier doesn’t seem to have any temp setting at all, and I can’t increase the time. Is this just not a thing in modern driers? How do I just run a load on low for 45 minutes?

This is a heat pump dryer, so there really isn't any type of heat setting. All settings run noticeably cooler than a vented dryer would. The auto cycles will be your best friend. Because it's a heat pump dryer it will take a decent bit longer than a standard dryer. If you wish to run at the lowest temperature possible, use the Energy Saver dry mode on the normal cycle. This will take considerably longer (about 2.5hr for a large load of cotton laundry) but will run barely hotter than a warm day outside, and use very little energy.
So how do I just run a load on what would have been low tumble dry on another washer on here for 45 minutes?
While you won't be able to explicitly control the time, normal cycle, energy saver mode is how to get the lowest heat. The machine will run until the clothes are dry and then shut down. If you wish for the items not to come out completely dry, you can reduce the dryness level. The timed heated dry setting, despite displaying energy saver, actually runs at a higher heat. However, you can manually control the time by selecting the more or less time buttons. Also as another note, be aware that because this is a heat pump dryer, there are two lint filters. There is the main one that you pull out, and then another one below that that also comes out. Ensure that you are cleaning both. The main one every cycle, the secondary one every five or so.

I'm pretty sure there are buttons on the bottom and left side off the display. I think you can press "dry mode" for heat levels and the more and less time buttons for duration. This works in manual mode on the dial, which you're in. Alternatively, try delicates auto mode, it should run at a lower temp for the amount of time needed to dry the clothes using the moisture sensor.
The dryer auto senses moisture to know when to stop. It’s not good to use timed dry as there is a risk of over drying and shrinking laundry. Delicates is probably the best cycle to use. However, you can choose Heated Dry to manually set time and heat level.
