I'd focus on or at least highlight a niche. College furniture could be a great niche. Dorms and student apartments have unique needs because the spaces are so small. Imagine an app focused on compact furniture, loft beds, folding desks, mini fridges, storage solutions, and semester-end buy/sell exchanges near campus....

Yeah honestly, furniture specific marketplaces already exist in some form (Chairish, AptDeco) but there's definitely room depending on the specific angle, local vs national, new vs used, budget vs high end.
