Best vehicle for short-to-medium length savings?
Hello, in the next 2-3 years, I'd like to invest in a vacation property. What is the best investment vehicle to set aside monthly $$ for the eventual down payment? Thanks in advance!

A HYSA IMO. if you’re fine with the risk of a market downturn you could put it in the S&P500 just know it may cause you to delay this a few years if the market enters a downturn
Saving for an expense two to three years away belong in a cash equivalent like HYSA, CD, Money Market Fund, T-Bills, or treasury floating rate note ETF. Treasuries (or funds that only contain them) will have state-tax free yield, if that's important to you
