restaurant supply is the move for sure. i got one from a local shop few years back and it still shreds like day one, no plastic parts to snap off

Like a cheese grater? You probably want to check out your local restaurant supply store. Browne makes metal ones.

Got the Bessel sous chef 8 years ago and it’s still working like new- and I have high grating expectations and needs lol

Great call on the restaurant supply route, those graters are built to last decades. I've seen Browne ones in use at diners for years without any issues.

Go on Etsy or eBay and find a vintage Mouli. I did.
