I'm thinking about getting Gigabyte RX 9060 XT 16 GB. It's a very good price in my country. So my question is; Ryzen 7 5700x is a good pair with RX 9060 XT? I'm targeting 1440p gaming with a lots of AAA games but i'm afraid of bottleneck issues. Any suggestions?

It's a good choice, they are good cards and mine has not struggled with any game at 1440p - so if you can get one for a good price then go for it. If you want a really high frame rate in lots of AAA titles you would probably need a 9070XT or Nvidia 5070
I recommend the 9070xt, I switched from a 1660 recently and it’s been amazing. CPU bottlenecks for me a little but I get usually around 90 fps in most games atm
