I'd appreciate some advice from founders who've sold pre-revenue businesses or immigration or advisory business Over the past few years, I've built a platform in the global mobility and investment migration space. While it hasn't generated revenue, it includes: The Crayon Global brand and Passport Street brand both with dot com domains A custom quote generation system B2B supplier agreements (where transferable) Complete branding and marketing collateral Operational documentation and processes I'm at a point where I'm deciding whether it's worth continuing to build the business or whether the platform would be more valuable in the hands of an established company or another entrepreneur. For those with experience in acquisitions: How did you determine the value of a pre-revenue business with proprietary software and commercial partnerships? Where did you find serious strategic buyers? Did you use brokers, acquisition marketplaces, or direct outreach? What information did buyers care about most during due diligence? I'm not looking for a formal valuation I'm interested in hearing from people who've actually been through the process. Any insights or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated. What do you think if i did list it for 25k USD, acquire though would not be the platform for this? Any suggestions?

Not even that! They will only care about that if they're actually considering building exactly what you've built. Even then, doing everything from scratch themselves is often considered better than buying in something that could have been shoddily built, need major repairs or even just expose them to software due diligence costs. Hang about in subs like r/SellMyBusiness and r/buyingabusiness to get a feel for what actually does and doesn't sell.

As others have said in your other posts, you don't have a business, just assets. It's like trying to sell a $1M house, but you only have the $100k plot of land and $10k architecture drawings for the house. You might find the right buyer for the assets, but the price will be close to cost and no where near the price of a finished house.

I'd skip brokers at this stage and reach out directly to companies already serving immigration clients.

pre-revenue, you're selling assets, not a business. buyers will value the domains, maybe the quote system, and not much else, supplier agreements usually die on transfer and branding is worth near zero to an acquirer with their own.
