I started noticing these bumps after using adapaline to help my closed comedones. But it made areas of my chin dry, peeling and these bumps started to appear. I stopped using any skin care about 3 weeks ago but I still have these. I also started to use the beauty of joseon sunscreen but stopped because I wasn’t sure if it was causing this. Any help to get rid of them? I currently just use the cerave SA cleanser, Anua oil cleanser(for makeup removal) and Nivea face cream I really want to get rid of this please help.

I would pause the adapalene and SA cleanser
I think it's the Nivea cream. It's really thick and it clogs a lot of people, so I'd swap it for a plain one like CeraVe. Also 3 weeks is right when adapalene looks its worst, because it's an active.
happened to me when i lived in new york- the air really affected my skin in the winter. i used to get these dry red patches with bumps all around my mouth and on my cheeks a bit. my derm told me it was perioral dermatitis and she gave me erythromycin topical gel to use twice a day (make sure to moisturize after since it has a drying effect). I used cerave hydrating facial cleanser, then the gel on the problem areas, let it dry on the skin for a minute, then moisturized with CORSX all in one snail 92 cream (or cerave night time facial moisturizer) cleared my skin up in just a few days... now i live in florida and have a whole new set of skin issues :( hope this helped though... ask your derm!
