Tastes main differentiation against letterboxd is that you can rate from 1 to 10 with granularity of .1 I also recently added tv shows and music rating as well so that everything I watch/listen to can be logged in one place. There's a sharable 'tastes' card that can be added to existing social media profiles that show your top 3 rated items in each category. Nice if you wanted to express your interests dynamically since it'll auto update as you use the app more. Still very much a work in progress but I'm happy with its current state enough to share! Give it a look if interested and let me know your thoughts, still looking for ways to expand upon it. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also have a letterboxd import feature so all your existing ratings/reviews can be ported over

The.1 granularity is actually clever. It seems like not a big deal until you realize half your ratings on other apps are 7s anyway because 8 feels too high and 6 feels too harsh. I will check out the import feature since the thought of re-logging 400 movies makes me want to die.
Valid lol. That’ll be the biggest import I’ve seen yet so that’ll be a good stress test!
