Whirlpool washer tub sitting on floor when full. Suspension Rods Replaced.

As the title says, this Whirlpool washer's tub sits fully on the floor when it fills with water. Normal advice is to replace the suspension rods, so I already did that. When it spins up, it is unable to balance and the tub bangs into the sides of the washer. What else could be the issue if the suspension rods have been replaced with brand new ones??

Something could be bent or you could have wrong rods in wrong place. That's honestly about it. Or you are overloading the everliving god out of that machine hahahaha
I don't think so... It's only got 3 medium size blankets in it.
Rods were installed from the bottom, cups were clipped into place, and rods were sat properly into the slots in the top bushings. I'm not sure I could have installed them wrong.
Three medium blankets is a pretty heavy load, even for a larger top loader. I'd try a normal load of towels or clothes first to see if it still drops all the way to the base. If it does the same thing with a normal-sized load, then I'd start looking for a cracked suspension mount, damaged tub support, or another structural problem. But I'd want to rule out the possibility that those blankets are simply overloading the suspension before tearing back into it.
A failed set of suspension rods will usually make a washer bang around or go out of balance. They don't normally let the entire tub collapse onto the floor of the cabinet. That makes me think something structural has failed or something wasn't installed correctly during the suspension rod replacement.
I'm sure you installed them correctly. There are basically 3 different sets of rods for the whirlpool washers. Short, longer and longest. Going by model number, the correct rods must be used or this will happen.
