I built my last pc in 2019. Has an I7-9700k and an RTX 2080. Purely for gaming. I have a 1440P 144hz monitor. I mainly play shooters (battlefield, COD, Deadlock, etc) and some single player stuff (God of War, Horizon, GTA, etc). I would like to not have to put my settings on low anymore and get at least the fps my monitor Is capable of. Budget is US $2,500-3,000 Thoughts on this build? This gets you a better gaming CPU on a socket with a better future, a TLC SSD instead of a QLC drive, and a cooler that will actually keep the CPU cool, for around the budget of your build.
